Study Description
Study Description
This solicitation will
cover the period of TRB's fiscal year 2024 that begins July 1, 2023, and ends
June 30, 2024. Funds committed by participating States will be from their
Federal fiscal year 2023 funding. Consult the attached spreadsheet for the
amount for individual States.
Objectives
To provide a mechanism
for State transportation departments to support the TRB's core program and
services.
Scope of Work
This
pooled fund study permits States to make their contributions to the TRB Core
Program instead of sending their contributions to TRB directly.
Comments
The amount for each State is listed in the spreadsheet attached to this page. Commitments for TRB fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023- June 30, 2024) should be made by June 30, 2023 and transferred to FHWA. Participating States and agencies utilizing Federal funds will be asked to submit their funding transfer requests through FHWA’s Fiscal Management Information System (FMIS). When submitting through the FHWA FMIS, please select the State to FHWA Program Office-Pooled Fund transfer type. Funds should be sent to the Office of Research, Development and Technology (BPAC 040).
This is the current request for funds. Please do not use TPF-5(496) as all transfers have been completed for that TPF (FFY 2022).
