Study Description
Objectives
An economic opportunities analysis, intelligent transportation systems (ITS) needs analysis, and a corridor definitiion/feasibility analysis to be completed along the bi-national, multi-state Continental 1 transportation corridor. These studies will incorporate planning, coordination, cost and finance plans (including allocation on sa state by state basis), benefit analyses and impediments to development and construction of the corridor. Multi-state planning and coordination will also be conducted on a continuous basis.
