Background

This study will be a continuation of existing project TPF(5-198), formerly, SPR-3(049)with the same contractor and similar scope and objectives as the existing project. Beginning with federal fiscal year 2020, the project will be managed under the new pooled fund procedures, with a new project number.

Objectives

1) Facilitate multi-modal mobility performance measurement, project evaluation and project prioritization. 2) Incorporate new data, measures, methods and communication techniques into mobility performance measurement. 3) Document state-of-the-practice applications and experiences to expand the overall knowledge base for mobility performance measurement.

Comments

Annual funding required is $25,000 per state. Existing partner states are asked to make all commitments for 2009 and forward through this solicitation. New partner states are welcome to join the project.
