Objectives
To obtain independent baseline material property data for three composite systems of interest to Ohio DOT for the reinforcement of concrete structures. It is also to determine the effects of environmental exposures on the long-term performance of the three composite systems of interest to Ohio DOT. (updated 6/22/01)
