Enhancements will also be made to provide easy and quick usage in a cost effective manner, especially ones that will be addressed under this study.

Comments

A technical working group (TWG) will be established to direct all study activities. Each participating state and the FHWA will have at least one member on the TWG. Preliminary work is under way in FHWA's McLean machine shop. Study will commence pending final administrative approval.
