Objectives
To evaluate the influence of a range of asphalt binder types on mixture fatigue for representative environmental regions encompassed by the Pacific Coast Conference on Asphalt Specifications (PCCAS).
Comments
An initial meeting took place in December 2001. Funds are still being solicited from states. Still will commence shortly pending final administrative approval. (2/7/02)
