To develop a comprehensive manual providing step-by-step procedures and instructions for the development of effective and efficient quality assurance specifications.

Comments

Currently reviewing the draft manual submitted by the contractor. Corrections will be made and given back to the contractor for final revision. After this final revision is made, the manual will be reviewed by the 20 participating states in a meeting to be held in March 2002. Therefore, completion date of the study has been extended an additional six months through 8/28/02. (2/7/02)
